What is Atelye?
Atelye is a cybersecurity design studio offering strategic services, including vCISO advisory, risk management, and downloadable security toolkits, for SMBs and regulated businesses.
Who are your services for?
Startups, growing companies, and regulated organizations (like fintech, healthcare, or SaaS) that need cybersecurity structure, strategy, or support.
Are your services available outside Türkiye?
Yes. All services are remote-first and available globally. Local compliance mapping is adapted per region (e.g., ISO, GDPR, DORA).
Can I switch between packages?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. We’ll adjust the scope accordingly and apply credits to future billing.
Do you offer one-time projects instead of monthly plans?
Yes — especially through VIP vCISO or project-based engagements (e.g. ISO 27001 preparation, breach response, control framework setup).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Etsy subscriptions can be canceled at any time. No long-term contracts required unless mutually agreed.
Do you sign NDAs?
Absolutely. We follow strict confidentiality practices and offer NDA signing at the start of any engagement.
What are CISO Toolkits?
They are downloadable resources (Excel, PDF, Canva) for managing cybersecurity independently: risk registers, checklists, templates, and more.
Are your toolkits aligned with frameworks like ISO 27001 or NIST?
Yes. Every toolkit indicates which framework(s) it aligns with — such as ISO 27001 Annex A, NIST CSF, KVKK, PCI DSS, or BDDK guidelines.
Can I use them for audits?
Yes. Many customers use our toolkits to prepare for internal and external audits.
Do toolkits include training or support?
Toolkits are standalone products, but support is included if you’re also a subscriber to one of our service packages.
How do I pay?
All payments go through Etsy. Toolkits are one-time purchases, and services are monthly subscriptions or custom invoice-based projects.
Are prices fixed or negotiable?
Toolkit prices are fixed. For services, project-based and VIP engagements are scoped and priced based on your needs.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are exclusive of VAT. Etsy may apply tax based on your location. For Turkish clients, e-Fatura is issued upon request.
How do we stay in touch during service?
We use email, Zoom, Slack, or Asana — depending on the package and your preference. VIP clients get phone and emergency line access.
Do you provide reports and documentation?
Yes. Every package includes PDF summaries, policy drafts, risk dashboards, or process templates based on the service scope.

Do I need to be a CISO to use these?
Not at all. They’re designed for security leads, consultants, or small teams.
Are these templates editable?
